Hi, my name is Stephen Hamilton and I am
14 years old. I have been flying for 5 years and have been
competing in Imac for 3 years. I developed a passion for RC
Modeling/Flying as a baby, since my dad took me to the flying
field Sunday afternoons. I would watch him fly until I started
flying myself. He helped me get started by using a buddy box.
At age 10 I entered my first IMAC competition at the Basic
level. I am currently flying in the Intermediate class level.
I finished 3rd in Sportsman class in the 2003 South East Regional
Championships, and 3rd in Sportsman in the 2004 United States
Nationals.I also enjoy several hobbies, that consist of Basketball,
golf and fishing. My career ambition is to qualify and be
accepted to the US Air Force Academy in Colorado, to go on
and become a fighter pilot flying the F-22 Raptor. I have
admired this jet since it's inception and I have wanted to
fly for as long as I can remember.
My IMAC Aerobatic fleet consists of Velox Rev II, Staud 300s
and Extra 300's.All powered by awesome 3w Modellmotoren series
engines, truly powerhouses in the sport of model aviation.
With the support of Cactus Aviation, and Mr Bobby Wilson,
I continue to enjoy smooth, reliable, and powerful running
engines.
