Carbon Tail Wheel Assemblies. They are the lightest and
best looking Tail Gear available. The bracket is made
with 100% carbon inner core which is designed to be shock
absorbing. This takes the load off the airframe and improves
ground handling characteristics. It also enables the use
of a smaller and lighter wire to hold the wheel which
decreases weight further. The wheel itself is a solid
rubber wheel with an aluminum hub. There are lighter wheels
available, but these will take the weight without flat
spotting, and they will last a very long time. The hardware
is also included for mounting which includes: 2-contol
horns, 4 mounting screws, and a spring. They are available
in a carbon (black) surface layer. You will find that
it is very universal in color and will match most schemes.
